We offer you this big-size lizard copper vase. Made from a single heavy gauge copper sheet and raised with the hammer and chisel, there are no one welded joints. Hammering the red-hot copper is an ancient technique the coppersmiths use, where no sophisticated tools are used, just the furnace to heat the copper and a hammer to give it the shape. This copper vase has a round-triangular shape and on each triangular edge a big lizard is pulled out of the vase. Made by the skilled coppersmiths from Santa Clara del Cobre, Mexico. You will be delighted with the details the sculptor put on it. This is a unique collectors piece! At the bottom of this vase is the artist signature. The reddish/oxidated texture is characteristic of natural copper when it is cooled down from red-hot temperature using cold water, technique that the coppersmiths use. No further copper polishing or maintenance required, you can see the transparent enamel layer on top of it, this will preserve it without major maintenance effort. Just use a dry cotton cloth to clean it. A unique gift for your loved ones or for yourself. It will fit perfectly on a big coffe table or near your fireplace. A unique addition to your copper artwork collection!
