This is a round vertical-sharped-prongs copper vase we got from the copper-smiths in Santa Clara del Cobre, Mexico. The hammer footprint is very visible because hammer is mostly the only tool used to get this piece of art.

The reddish/oxidized texture is characteristic of natural copper when it is cooled down from red-hot temperature using cold water. This vase was made from one sheet of copper, raised with the artist hammer, there are no one welded joints.
