The set is composed of 17 pieces: 6 little tea cups and 6 little plates to hold them, 1 tea pot (and its lid), 1 sugar jar (and its lid) and one cream cup. The tea cups are about 2.5" total diameter by about 1.75" tall while the plates are about 4.75" diameter. The tea pot total height is about 7.5" tall and 9.5" handle to the tea opening.
