This planter has the traditional Talavera blue background and decorated in the foreground with a few big sunflowers in yellow, brown, and green colors. The top opening is about 7" diameter and the internal height will hold a plastic pot about 9" tall. It has a hole drilled at the bottom to allow the water to flow. We recommend to use a smaller plastic planter to put inside; this will prevent eroding to happen and will give a longer life to the pot. It is hand-crafted and hand-painted, because of that not two pots are going to be identical! There might be small differences in size, weight and color. The top ring is painted in an orange color. This pot can be used outdoors on temperatures over 40 degrees Fahrenheit, under that temperature it might erode or crack, so outdoors use is recommended with caution.
