This Talavera tile is from our Alhambra Series. It is hand-painted in a smoky/creamy background with a cyan four-petal flower-like shape. Inside each petal, there is a small green plant with a red flower. The amount of glaze placed before the firing process creates a 3D effect on the tile because the glaze is embossed out as it heats up. In the additional pictures, this tile is shown as an accent inside the French Blue Talavera Clay Tile. This tile can be used as a complimentary background tile in any wall or horizontal surface, as shown in one of the pictures.

Since this tile is hand-painted, no two tiles are exactly alike! There may be small differences in size, weight, and color. If you want to enhance that little spot in your wall, pool or any indoors/outdoors space, this is what you are looking for! All of our Mexican tiles background is painted in "Mexican white", which is an off white, creamy color.

This tile has limited outdoors use, we don't recommend its use on temperatures under 40 degrees. It is not frost-proof. It is not suitable for inside pools as the chemicals involved on water cleaning will destroy the clay.
