Using a 1/2" grout an average of 64 sq in will be covered with this piece. To compute how many of these tiles you need to cover a given area, you will need to round up each side of your area to 8". In a room 10'x10' you will need 120"/8.5" = 14.18 pieces per side, that rounds up to 15 tiles per side and 15 rows, giving you a total of 15x15 = 225 tiles total to cover the full room.
